Withdraw from contract
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase at PadSocks. Here is how.
0114-day right of withdrawal
By law you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, counted from the day you received the goods. You do not need to give a reason.
We also offer 30-day returns on unopened packs. See our Refund policy.
02How to withdraw
- Email info@padsocks.com before the withdrawal period has expired and clearly state that you want to withdraw from the purchase.
- Include your name, order number, which items it concerns and the date you received them.
- Wait for our reply with the return address. Do not send anything before then.
- Send the parcel with tracking to the address you receive.
- Your refund goes to the same payment method you used.

04Conditions for the goods
- Items must be unopened in their original packaging. Opened or used socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- You pay the return shipping.
- Keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
