Terms of service

This agreement is between you as a customer and Mekkis Group AB (PadSocks), reg. no. 559581-6025, Oxelvägen 34, 138 31 Älta, Sweden. By shopping at padsocks.se you accept these terms.

Contact and order confirmation

Send questions or errors in an order to info@padsocks.com with your order number. We send an order confirmation by email, which you should keep as your receipt.

Changing or cancelling an order

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, you will need to receive it and then return it in line with the return policy.

Payment

You pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment partners handle the transactions and we do not store card numbers.

Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery takes approximately 4 to 10 business days. The time is an estimate and can be affected by weather, public holidays and the carrier. Photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening it.

Returns and cancellation

You have a 30-day return window from receipt, in addition to any statutory right to cancel a distance purchase. For hygiene reasons, returns and cancellation only apply to products in unbroken, unopened packaging. Opened packages cannot be returned, except in the case of a fault. For ordinary returns you pay the return shipping. Refunds are made to the original payment method after the return has been received and checked.

Faulty goods

For an approved claim we offer repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Cookies

The website uses cookies, mainly to keep track of your cart. If you turn them off you cannot add items to the cart.

Force majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control, such as government decisions, war, fire, flood, strike, severe weather or supplier failure.

Changes to the terms

The terms may be updated. The version in force at the time of purchase applies.

Information may be shared with close partners for analytics and order delivery. The information is not sold, exchanged or published outside the company and our trusted partners.
